Job Purpose

The Special Events Assistant works with the individual event team on any or all tasks related to the upcoming event. The Special Events Assistant will aid with prep work leading up to the event and may also have on-site responsibilities related to event maintenance or guest interactions.


Essential Functions

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to event (mailings, packaging items, etc)
  • Collaborate with event team to plan event, assist with documenting ideas
  • Assist with on-site responsibilities such as working tables, sales, signing people in, or other on-site responsibilities


  • Must be a JESPY House Client
  • Must be a PACE Program participant
  • Good communication skills preferred
